Updated review: Alpha Moving contacted me after this review and are in the process of rectifying the issues. In terms of the missing suitcase, there was a misunderstanding on my part, so they will be returning the suitcase. They will also file a claim so that my chair can be replaced. In light of their prompt response, I am updating my review to give them 5 stars. We all make mistakes (clearly I did in my initial review), and it is refreshing to see a company which takes these issues seriously and handles everything courteously and professionally. Alpha moving and storage helped me to move my mother from one assisted living facility to another. they showed up early and made what i was expecting to be a very stressful day very easy. all of the workers were nice and helpful and i would highly recommend them for any moving needs that you may have,

We hired Alpha Moving for our move and could not have been happier . The team worked seamlessly to pack our things carefully and worked in the heat of summer for hours to move everything. Everyone at Alpha was extremely helpful and professional - from the day we got our estimate to the communication from the office to the team that came to move us. Their price was competitive and fair and we would highly recommend them !!! Excellent Job Alpha!!
