This was my pup's first trip to Ruff To Fluff Jersey City. He was nervous but Chelsey was so patient with him. She took breaks when he needed them and made both he and I feel very comfortable in the space. She also gave him a stellar haircut and a kind, patient bath time experience. I'm excited for him to come back because I know she and the team really care about the dogs and how they feel during their bath/cut. Thank you!

By far the best groomer we have ever been to. Our dog has severely anxiety and Cynthia took exceptional care. We recently relocated and they even provided groom reports and offered to connect us with groomers in our new area.
