I have been coming to Gissel for the past 2 years for all my hair needs including (balayage, coloring and cutting). She is extremely professional, efficient and has mastered her craft. Her hands work wonders to make any women feeling and look their best after she is done with you. I love asking her questions, she is super knowledgeable and has an amazing uplifting spirit. It went okay but I told her I wanted a blonde streak and she turned it to grey, I assume she didn't understand what I was saying. So I told her again I wanted blonde and the other stylist had to translate to her and she fixed it very well and didn't charge me extra, thankfully but I had a feeling she was talking about me in her language. And it seemed like they were making their spanish clients more of a priority than their non spanish clients. They also made me wait forever and she was doing someone else's hair and not focusing on me. I recommend if you're not spanish don't go there and the stylist didn't even deserve a tip but she was nice. Also, I feel like she rushed my haircut and it's not even. Wouldn't go back unless it was an extreme emergency
