I brought a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses where the hinge was loose/screw needed to be replaced. They fixed it for me free of charge, even though I wanted to pay. Great customer service, highly recommend.

Cynthia was extremely helpful and patient in my eye exam and with reviewing all of my options with me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. The optometrist saw me over video call after the tech did all of the exam.

This place overcharge too much. They charge me $180 for a contact lens eye exam, and their price for ordering contact lenses is much more than what I can get from online. The doctor herself is good, which is why I gave 3 stars not lower.
