I did my personal tax filing through them in 2017. IRS deducted money back from 2019 refunds saying I owe from2017 returns . I tried to reach PnB few times for help and understand why this happened and no response from them.

This is a Great Tax company! They do a great job of making sure you as the client are taken care of! Super profsessional, well organized and they make sure you get the best tax return possible. Furthermore, the accountants are extremely knowledgeable and will teach you valuable information about how you can benefit during tax season. They wont rip you off like the majority of the big name tax companies and they rates are higly competitve maybe even the best rate in town.
