I went for the infrared sauna and the flotation therapy and it was an amazing experience! I am not someone who can relax easily but I felt SO relaxed during the treatments and afterwards for the rest of the day. The spa was clean, the staff was so friendly. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back and have told all my friends to give this place a visit!
I went for the first time the other day and cant express how amazing my experience was. The team that works there is so nice and friendly and explain everything to make sure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The sauna and floatation pod were amazing, I left my sessions feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
I will definitely be back to make this a regular part of my wellness routine.
I absolutely love Om.Life and recommend it to all of my friends. I’ve done the float, sauna, cold plunge, and scalar.health and always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed in all ways - physically, mentally, and emotionally. The owners Anand and Kate have created a beautiful space and the staff is always warm and friendly. They are incredibly patient when explaining the services and responding to questions, which was especially appreciated when I couldn’t stop nervous giggling before my first cryotherapy (which is sadly no longer there but has been replaced by the even better cold plunge!). You won’t regret stopping in!
