If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is completely missing in this salon. The stylist that we were assigned was not the one who did the cut, it was Carmen who did it and the lady could not care less about being gentle or caring about my experience. Ripped out my hair and dumped shampoo in my hair. Most stressed experience ever. AVOID THIS PLACE.
