Pallavi was the absolute best - I’ve gotten my eyebrows done for several years at various places around Jersey City and this is the only time it wasn’t crazy painful while still being the right shaping and thickness. Pallavi was very gentle and detailed - she did a full face wax for me along with my brows and was very careful to follow my specifications regarding what I wanted. Not only is she incredibly professional and skilled at what she does, but she is also so kind, caring, and patient. I am very particular when it comes to my eyebrows, and Neha always listens carefully, is extremely understanding, and consistently does an amazing job.
