Liberty Dry Cleaners is a great family business, run by a friendly and personable owner. They offer pickup and drop-off, which is an amazing offering that saves a lot of time and is very convenient. The quality of the dry cleaning is great. Clothes always come back clean, fresh, and on point. They were able to remove stains from months ago and cleaned up an old angora coat to look sharp. The vibe is solid, friendly, reliable, and professional. If there is ever an issue, it is handled personally with a great attitude. The only cleaners trusted in the area, they have been taking care of clothes for over seven years with no issues. Definitely recommend for the downtown JC area.
Would recommend. The pickup drop off is an amazing offering (most dry cleaners in area don't have) and saves me so much time during the week. The quality of the dry cleaning is great as well. Very happy with the way my shirts turned out. Look forward to continuing to use.
I wouldn't recommend :( They were able to get a pesky stain out of my La Perla silk pajama top which earns them an extra star - however, that same top now has 5 micro tears that cannot be repaired.
They also used safety pins directly through the matching shorts to attach them to the hanger - leaving 4 holes that cannot be repaired. This set was one of my prized possessions, and now I feel I cannot wear it anymore without causing further damage. Very sad about this :(
