This is my first time getting my hair done professionally and I was super nervous but i literally couldn’t be happier. My stylist, Yasmina did amazing. On top of that she is the sweetest person ever and made me feel so comfortable. I get so much anxiety talking to people but she kept checking up on me and made sure i was okay throughout the process. It meant so much to me. The place was beautiful, I loved everyone’s vibes and how clean and cute the salon was. I have naturally dark hair and wanted a softer, more dark brown balayage so my black hair would blend more naturally and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I was frustrated with a previous haircut that I got elsewhere and was lucky to get a same-day appointment with Xylo after she had a cancellation! She came highly recommended on Reddit and I can confirm she did a wonderful job! The entire appointment, Xylo educated me on my hair and how to maintain my curls. I've never quite had a haircut like that - she's truly an expert! She also gave me a wonderful haircut for my curly hair and is so warm and friendly to talk to! I will definitely be returning!
