First, the stylist was not thorough with the wash at all. I did not say anything. Next when it was time to put my hair in rollers, she was rushing to comb through my poorly washed hair barely using water, ripping through my ends. I explained to her that more conditioner and water needs to be used because I have really curly low porosity hair. She gaslit me saying that it seems like she’s ripping it because my hair is dry. I kept calm either way and sat under the dryer. When it was time to cut my ends, I asked her to cut very little because i typically keep my hair curly so the split ends won’t show much. She proceeded to cut well over an inch of my hair. I cried and asked her to even it out, she did a terrible job saying that I was mad that she cut it short so she didn’t want to make it even shorter. What really upset me is the lack of common sense. Why would I want the splits to be completely uneven? She smiled and laughed while I cried, and that’s really what is forcing me to write this review. She thought it was funny or not big of a deal. I used to love this salon but the woman did such a bad job I don’t want anyone else to go through this what I went through. 0/10 experienced. The owner and her sister are super sweet but the client and owner should take accountability. I appreciate her sister for not charging me but the damage done to my hair is irreparable. Love love love. They really took the time to take care of my hair. As someone with scalp eczema it was nice to have them take their time in cleaning my scalp. My scalp feels so clean! Plus the blowout was laid. Highly recommend.

Friendly staffs but Karol is top Doninican hairstyles to go. Prices are awesome. Clean and friendly. Lots of parking all around a big plus.

Great service. Very personable. Understood how to work with my hair texture. I even asked for a braided hair style for unrelaxed hair and got it. Turned out great. Even made me a nice coffee. Reasonable price too.

This is the second time I’ve come to this salon and I love it! Carmen gave me a trim and the best blowout I’ve ever gotten. She is so patient and professional. My hair feels so silky and smooth, I can’t wait to go back.

I had beautiful long blonde hair and they ruined it. I asked for long layers and she gave me choppy pieces of hair in the front. I’ve been crying for two days and I can only let this grow out…both sides are uneven too
