I always come to this salon and they are always very nice ... while yes it is in a very bad neighborhood I live around the corner so im used to the area ... on another note I always get my nails really long so they do tend to break but you cant beat the price .. also if you spend money there they treat you great if your looking to complain to get free nails they probably wont treat you the best .. I tip good so they know me there.
