VERY sorry to hear about the impending closure - we only had the pleasure of housing our beloved cat here once but it was a great experience. We felt the staff cared for our boy and he came home no worse for the wear - that's saying a LOT for a cat! Best of luck to the owners and staff and I hope you're able to find an alternate location in the future!

My first stay was 5-nights for both my dogs Nala and Babs. Everything went great and I felt confident of their safety and wellness. I will be back for future visits. Thank you, all!

Huge fan. Everyone is so friendly, have used the day care, boarding and grooming services and it has always been a positive experience. Glad to trust them with my dog and love the option to watch the pet cam

Terrible place to bring your dog . First and last time . They lack professionalism and training with dogs and charge way too much $300 for a day is outrageous

Alfie loves coming here for grooming! Such a great deal for a full day of grooming and care! He gets to hang out with other pups and always comes home smelling so good!Recently we rented the pool for an hour to try a swimming lesson and while he didn’t love swimming it was still a great experience to get to be with him in the pool and the staff was so great!

My dog loves every visit here! They are also the only place capable of cutting her nails. The staff and especially Nicole are the best!

It really sucks having to write a bad review here because my dog has loved his stays here, but I can't bring him back ever again based on the condition they've returned him to me the past two times I've left him. Twice this week I picked up my 6mo puppy from daycare to find him extremely scared and timid. He went from a dog that was an absolute cuddle monster and loved to be picked up and held (despite being 55 pounds) to flinching at our touch. I have no clue what the f*ck they did to my dog, but the wya he's acting makes me think someone hurt him. Both times I've picked him up this week he was shaking like a leaf and drooling all over my car on the ride home. He was insanely dehydrated and lethargic both times, and it really worries me that they have these dogs playing outside in the heat all day and they're not proving sufficient water. Lastly, and probably the most egregious act of neglect, is the fact that we dropped him off for an overnight stay with two ziploc backs of food and when we picked him up they have us back two full ziploc bags of food. They didn't feed my dog. I don't know what's going on here. I'm doing my best to remain measured in my words, but make no mistake--I'm livid. Frankly I don't care if there's too many dogs for you guys to pay attention to every one. Thats not my problem, it couldn't be any less of my problem. If you can't handle the amount of dogs you're boarding, then stop accepting so many. I have a several day stay prebooked and prepaid for later this month. I can say with full confidence that I will NOT be bringing my dog back here. I want a full refund, and I don't want to get store credit back. I'll never use it, because I'll never bring my dog here again. I'll be stopping in to the office in person this week to discuss this further.
