Really glad that I tried JC Eco Laundry for dry cleaning! All the pieces (including coats and puffers) came back in great condition. Special thanks to Ash for sorting out my batch and putting them into a correct order. They are very communicative throughout the process.
I had a great experience with my pickup and drop off. All dry cleaning came back great and they have a super easy to use app, so glad I switched from the total rip off national company I was using.
Dry cleaner made a mistake and swapped out the tie I sent with a different one but the owner, Jeff, was fantastic in resolving the issue for me when it came to his attention. That kind of customer service will keep me coming back as long as I live here.
