I did my kertin treatment.they were so rude and unhygienic. I went twice they did the same thing again so rudely and then also my hair is not upto the mark. I am sooo dissatisfied. Dont vist

Completely dissatisfied… and still had to pay I went in for a color and trim with a typical blowout . I asked for my hair to be colored blonde , my hair is now copper ( with hot roots) . When asked if I wanted a cut I said a light trim with long layers , 3 inches was taken off not one layer in sight. I spoke to the lady in Spanish so I knew she understood me but took it upon herself to do what she wanted to do with my hair . I am not one to go to a salon to get my hair done and the one time I decide to treat myself to make myself feel good , I walked out completely defeated. My expectations were not meet , nor did I walk out feeling good about myself.
