The service from the assistant Jacky is terrible. Today I had an appointment for my daughter, and she simply told me she had an emergency and couldn’t see me. She said she could only assist me over the phone, and then, rudely, told me I would not be attended. I would never recommend the service at this place with such unprofessional and careless staff.

Honestly just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I was skeptical at first just from seeing all the negative reviews, but decided to try to give them a shot. However, as soon as I called whoever answered the phone acted as if I called their personal number instead of an office. I didn’t need to be show anymore red flags, hung up immediately and decided to move forth with another location.

TERRIBLE!!! ZERO star! PLEASE save your time and sanity DO NOT go here! The dr will not show up! If he does- it will be over the phone or he’ll come very late! The office is dirty and smells like cigarettes! I have terrible experience, I regret wasting my time! I don’t know why they still take appointments knowing they know the dr can’t attend to patients! Shame on you!
