“During what is normally an incredibly difficult and stressful time, we made arrangements at another funeral home for a family member. Two days before the wake the funeral home notified us that they accidentally double booked and we’re no longer able to accommodate our family members wake on the date we arranged. Before we canceled flights and reservations, I reached out to Riotto’s funeral home and spoke to Nicole. Nicole said not to panic that they could help us. Nicole went so far above and beyond to make sure that every detail was covered and everything went smoothly. I cannot thank Nicole and the rest of the amazing staff at Riottos for everything that they did for us during incredibly difficult time.
