We have only had the loveliest of experiences with this team. Our two Pomeranians - Birdie + Meeka - get so excited once they realize where we’re going. They genuinely love all of the staff there and we feel very comfortable and safe with leaving them with the team - Which is a big deal when you’re handing over your babies! It does feel like they treat them like their own. They’ve even talked us out of cutting them too short to preserve their gorgeous coats - a hot topic in our household because ((FUR!!)) 🤣 10/10 would recommend ❤

Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. They are very gentle with my fur baby and the staff sets a calm and positive energy that makes both me and my dog feel welcomed.

This review has been a long time coming! I've been bringing my dogs to here for yearssss, and Larissa, Andres and the rest of the team are simply the best. When I make an appointment, I select 'any groomer available' because they are all knowledgeable, incredibly patient, kind, and skilled at handling Winston and Coco. They're also friendly and welcoming to the dog owners and lovely to chat with while you wait a quick nail trim. I cannot recommend enough!
