I've been a loyal customer to Design Nail &Spa for years. I love the work they do and I won't go to any other place. I enjoy going because I am greeted kindly and I always get what I ask for. Joe , Lily and all the workers are the best. I highly recommend this salon. Prices are very affordable...

This use to be my fav spot for nails & eyebrows..but 2 weeks ago I went to get my usual..fill-in & eyebrows..by who I thought was my fav tech "Maria'..only to be met w/an attitude, like she didn't want to be bothered. I asked Lily for another tech & said she had another customer, which was a lie..Lily offered to do them..but I don't like her wrk..rushed & sloppy!...Anyway I walked out & found another place where they don't give you attitude..AS A PAYING CUSTOMER!...They really need an attitude adjustment!...or training w/customer service...smh!
