I have been frequenting the Cuteticles franchise for a long time. The Loft in Jersey City was my location and Amy was who I always went to. Now the Loft is now under new management and Amy is now located in the West Side location.
Because of her professionalism and the fact the she is so great at what she does, I drive 25 min to go to her. For perspective, The Loft (now Velora) is literally across the street from where I live.
If you need anything done, Amy should definitely be your go to person!
BTW... the staff and front desk are very professional and friendly. And the location is very clean!!!
10/10 experience. The salon is clean, cute, and has a really relaxing atmosphere. Lakenia is THAT girl , so patient, detail-oriented, and she really understood the assignment. My nails come out flawless every time. I’ll definitely be back!
I went here twice and disappointed each time so I won’t be returning. My pedicure is was done by a different nail tech and it came out great.
I had a gel x mani with tip extensions so I was in the chair >2 hours. I asked for an almond shape but these look more long and oval. My cuteicles are clearly overflooded and dry looking. The gel x application itself looks lumpy/uneven in many parts and I did ask kindly for corrections. After asking the nail tech to fix my cuteicles she tried unsuccessfully and I wasn’t gonna ask multiple times.
