After another salon was unable to complete my appointment, I walked into Fresh Nail Spa feeling stressed because I had a broken nail and needed my manicure finished. They welcomed me right away, found a technician within minutes, and immediately put me at ease.
Everyone was so kind and communicative throughout my appointment. My nail technician took the time to match my refill perfectly to my pedicure, including the details I wanted, and made sure everything looked seamless. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding.

I have been going to Fresh Nails since their official opening two years ago. Never had a problem, and when I did it was quickly resolved. I go in regularly for tips, gel pedicure and wax eyebrows. Everyone is professional. This is really a gem in Jersey city. ❤️❤️❤️
