I had a great experience from start to finish. Crystal at the front desk was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. Raul took excellent care of me while taking my X-rays, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Ernesto was very gentle and thorough during my cleaning, ensuring everything was done properly while keeping me at ease. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this office to others!

Ernesto was fantastic during a deep clean. I had anxiety due to past issues at the dentist, but Ernesto created a very calm and relaxed environment. The process was pain free and quick. Highly recommend getting your dental work at AV dental.

I’m an existing patient of Dr V. He is absolutely amazing and did a great job on my root canal etc. So I thought of moving my spouse to this practice who is currently with another practice for years. She goes regularly for her preventative cleaning and there were no dental issues. The other practice never charge deductible for her cleanings for years. When we visiting AV Dental, they were stubborn to charge us deductible even though I explained it is a preventive cleaning and nothing else. We showed the EOBs of other practice as well. Still they want to use codes with deductible. We asked is it one time due to new patient and we are ready to pay if it’s once time. But they said it’s every year. We stick to a practice for years and don’t want to pay deductible every year after paying high premiums. So we walked out of our appointment. They were not ready to explain how they are different from other practice. We eagerly want move to AV and see Dr V. The front office team is very rude and judge people very badly. They were making comments about us to other patient. This is really not expected from them and we felt very bad. Front office is killing the good name and work done by Dr V and hygienist.
