One of the worst ideas I’ve ever had was to go to this place and had Boho braids. I don’t know what kind of product they are using to do the braids. But half of my hair volume is gone, my hair fell off, and I’ve noticed a few of the clients there getting braided, with already some boldness, my advice about this place is DON’t GO HERE! be very cautious with these women and their hands, something is off.

Very rude. Unprofessional and one of the hairstylist had the audacity to snatch the money out of my hand because she was upset she had to wait 30 minutes after closing for me to get cash because no one explained it was cash only when I walked in. Do yourself a favor save yourself the headache and don’t go there. If I could give 0 stars I would .

This was a very last minute appt, I showed my braider exactly what I wanted and told her SHORT knotless boho braids, she says okay but shrugging me away. So she did one braid in the back to confirm the length I wanted, agreed to it and I told her I wanted medium braids. I said to keep this one braid and for all the others do bigger ones. She agreed. She was slow, she had braided a couple of braids tight, I told her that’s too tight she says it’s a little short so I have to catch it, I said you don’t have to braid that tight to catch it bc it’s not that short. Shrugs me off again and kept doing the same thing. Once she was done, the braids were small after I clearly asked for medium and the braids were inconsistent between KNOTTED AND KNOTLESS Braids. I was pissed off. (Also I wasn’t sitting in front of the mirror so I couldn’t see the braids until she was done).
