I love this place and recommend it when your in nj people this is an amazing place i dont think they are thieves or bad eyebrows not even true i could never believe this and i love this place.

Really bad service. They ruined my eyebrows twice. I asked for my money back because I go to work and people have to see my ruined eyebrows and this isn’t the kind of service that you give someone if you ruin their thick, eyebrows. I’m really upset and I don’t recommend this for anyone.

AGGRESSIVE MAN WORKS HERE WHO USED FORCE AFTER REPEATEDLY SAYING STOP.
WOMEN STAFF DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ANOTHER WOMAN.
I came in to get henna done on just the roots of my hair. Everything was fine until it was time to cover my head. They had run out of plastic caps, and instead of offering a proper solution, a male staff member attempted to use a large, visibly used and dirty plastic wrap on my head — which is completely unhygienic.
I repeatedly said I could walk to their other nearby location (just 5 minutes away) to get a proper cap, but he insisted on forcing the dirty wrap onto my head despite my clear refusals. When I continued to say no, he became physically aggressive and pulled on my neck while ripping the plastic off my head. The lady staff was doing nothing but defending him.
Shockingly, instead of acknowledging how wrong the situation was, the woman kept defending his actions by saying he didn’t understand English or Hindi— but I was clearly saying “STOP,” a word anyone can understand. It was sad to see this woman staff not try help another woman in stopping this man from his aggression. There were other women staff in the area who did nothing as well.
This experience was deeply unprofessional, unsafe, and upsetting. I’ve visited their other location many times and have always been treated with care and respect. This location, however, handled the situation with no regard for hygiene, consent, or basic customer service.
Henna on roots is only supposed to be $25. Even after this situation they tried to charge me extra. The other location does a much better job in henna than this location and they are more honest with their pricing.

Very rude owner ..I called her that I m coming in 5 minutes for my mom hair wash as she broke her hand and feet so she couldn’t hair wash by her self and she said yes come will take you right away no problem so when we went their she said u have to wait 15 minutes because someone just came and we took that person as it’s first come first serve I was like I ask u over the phone and she started arguing very rudely never ever going back again

This has been my GOTO place for 5 years now , for waxing, an eyebrow shape-up, and a facial, and I had an awesome experience.
Big shoutout to Vrunda! She did an amazing job with everything. The waxing was quick and not too painful, my eyebrows are on point, and the facial left my skin feeling so fresh and glowing.
Vrunda’s attention to detail and friendly approach made all the difference. If you’re looking for top-notch beauty services, I highly recommend A1 Beauty Salon and especially Vrunda. I’m definitely coming back!
