“My wife and I decided to go with the TAKK team after meeting with multiple well-known, full service contractors. For us the decision to choose TAKK was an easy one. From the initial meeting I could tell that Tom and Phil were professional and courteous. Their approach to the process is grounded in the idea that they are serving their customers, and this is evident in all aspects of what they do. My biggest fear going into this project was the trust that I would be placing on whomever we ended up choosing with our home. My wife and I enjoyed every single aspect of the project. Cesar and his team are true masters of their craft and it is clear that they take pride in everything they do. The jobsite was clean every day no matter if it was the 1st day of a week's worth of demo, or the day the drywall was sanded. We loved working with Tom to help us make our decisions and it was a huge help for us to have someone with all of his experience. We learned so much about the process and the right way to do things. To make things even easier, all we had to do was tell Denise what we wanted and she coordinated it all. Jamie and Terry kept a detailed ledger so we always knew where we stood with our budget. Team TAKK is truly a full service construction team. We will absolutely use the TAKK team again and I would refer them to anyone that is looking to renovate their home, especially if they have the same fear as I had before we started the process.“

“Christian, Pat and the entire team are amazing! They are reliable, thorough and most importantly take pride in their work. The team replaced my roof (which was a very complex job since multiple layers of roofing and old cedar shake needed to be removed and plywood installed in its place). They did a fantastic job - they walked me through the process, answered my millions of questions and were truthful throughout the whole process. I loved working with them so much that I then hired them to replace my siding and install hardy plank cement siding. “Absolutely wonderful! The deck on our new house had no railings. We have 3 kids under the age of 5. It was an accident waiting to happen. C Mac Contracting was able to give us railings along the deck and stairs as well as put gates on the stairs. We can now enjoy the backyard and not have to worry about injuries. In addition to the deck on the new house, they did a lot of work on our old house… complete bathroom renovations, gutted and remodeled the kitchen as well as rebuilding the deck there. I will always recommend C Mac and his crew. Nothing bad to say!“

“I had someone look at my roof, and it was all chewed up by raccoons and I had no idea. So I looked up roofers and Efer popped up. I am so glad I choose them. Joel came out right away. Super nice guy, made me fell that everything was going to be fine. AND IT WAS !! He looked at the roof, gave me a great price and a piece of mind. The crew came out asap, I think there were about 6 to 7 guy's working. It took 1 day to do, and the clean up they did was a great job. No nails.. or any kind of garbage was left behind. Joel also gave me an excellent price on new gutters..
Let me just put this into simple terms. I am glad I went with them, they don't give you the run around, it's like having a friend in the business. If you want to ask me any questions just ask me.

“Initially (pre-sale) my contact with Tri-State went well. During the design and contract process I found mistakes that were rectified when I pointed them out (read/review carefully).
The installation went okay. Until it rained and the wall of windows they installed started leaking. I tried getting them back there to no avail. Luckily my cousin (master carpenter) and I have a background in construction. We were able to diagnose and repair the faulty/missing caulk. Then within a year of installation the window seals on all the windows failed. That left me with a wall of foggy and stained glass. Their representative even confirmed that the window seals weren't manufactured properly and they have a better way of doing it now. They promised to make the repairs. They never returned. At first they gave me the run around. And then they just stopped answering calls/texts. I was stuck with a wall of windows 10' X 8' that were fogged and show wiggly seals.
Once my original review was posted, I was contacted by the owner of the company, David. He apologized for the window failure, and lack of followup from his employees. David has since gone above and beyond to make sure that all my windows were remade with their improved manufacturing techniques. And installed properly. It took a while to get completed, but David made sure it was all 100% right. He is very knowledgeable about the window industry, as well as very responsive.
Thanks to David, and his experienced installers I would consider doing business with Tri-State again.“
