I’m so happy I joined this gym. Katie and Jake are so friendly and helpful, I get a great workout in Maria’s strength class, and she is so welcoming and a great instructor, and there is usually a treadmill available when I want to run.

I recently decided to come back to the gym and start working out. Upon my arrival to the Retro Fitness in Howell, I quickly realized that I was overwhelmed and did not know what I was about to do.The entire team made the process very seamless for me. Signing up with Katie at the front desk was super warm and welcoming and friendly. Getting my evaluation with Zach was very informative and pairing me with Evan, my trainer, has been an outstanding experience so far!They really made this 58 year old guy who is way out of shape feel very comfortable And at home.

About a year ago I was working out and had some trouble with my lower back. My legs went into shock and I couldn’t move. The retro staff helped me up and carried me all the way to my car to make sure I was okay. A month or two later I signed up to train with Justin. He really helped me get back on the right path to taking care of myself. Great atmosphere. Genuine people.
