The Ice Man came out for an emergency furnace service after a basement flood. The HVAC tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the whole furnace apart, inspected it and verified it was safe to run with no damage to equipment. He even updated the thermostat software and helped configure it in the same visit.
Very reasonable price and quick response when it was needed.

The owner is very receptive to feedback. They have surveillance cameras, which make me feel reassured. I love their name. It’s very charming and goes along with Hopewell Borough’s aesthetic. The facility is very clean. They deliver your laundry that they wash and dry for you. I would highly recommend! It feels like I can be in a laundromat with style. (My place in the Borough is very quaint and my only complaint is that I don’t have a washer and dryer!)
I wish they’d get rid of the smoke shop next door though. It attracts some shady characters, so please be forewarned. Again, the cameras are reassuring.
