i gave 2 stars bc yes, he uses scissors, and your hair will, in fact, be cut... but, you tell him you want something fresh and trendy done, and you walk out with the same old cut. maybe he isn't listening- or he doesn't take the time to learn the current styles? idk. there's also an edge that i can't quite put my finger on. arrogance? idk. maybe thats why he doesn't feel the need to continue training. anyway. if you want a basic cut- like a simple bob or something like that- you're golden. if you want something new and fresh, you might want to find another salon.
