update: Almost immediately after I posted my review, I received an email from the owner that felt shaming in tone rather than constructive or supportive. Instead of addressing the concerns, I was told my review was inappropriate.
Shortly after, my access to the account was terminated much sooner than the timeframe I had been given to download my documents, which created additional difficulty in retrieving my records.
Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about the professionalism of the company’s communication and account management processes. I have also escalated the matter through the Better Business Bureau and am exploring appropriate next steps to address the situation.

Always so responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have emailed/called numerous times for specific and general guidance on problems gigantic and petty, and have never been let down. The whole staff is great and thorough. They send timely reminders for all due dates. The portal is incredibly easy to use.
