Beautiful work by Theresa. I came in for a root touch‑up, cut, blowout, and left feeling incredible — the scalp massage alone was heavenly 😌. She’s not only a talented stylist but also genuinely sweet and personable. I’m so pleased with my experience.
I found the Concrete salon at Bell Works to be an amazing salon. Mostly I found Tracy to be a miracle worker. For years I have had my haircut in a bob style, but often it would look as though I was wearing a helmet. I asked Tracy to give me a Bob without the helmet look. She knew exactly how to shape my hair so that it laid nicely in the back and framed my face exactly the way I wanted it. It as though she was reading my mind.
I would more than highly recommend anyone who wants a stylist who listens to what you want and is able to create your vision!

Ranin was exceptional. I came in for a first consultation and haircut, and after showing her a video of an Italian bob, she executed it flawlessly. She even incorporated razor cutting to mirror the technique from the video, which made the result feel incredibly precise and true to what I envisioned.
Beyond her technical skill, Ranin is warm, attentive, and easy to talk to…she made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.
The rest of the salon team was equally welcoming and supportive. They also helped coordinate the donation of my 13 inches of hair, which I really appreciated.
