Dr. Odell is described as one of a kind and the best doctor patients have ever had, meeting and exceeding expectations. She goes above and beyond, once pulling over her car on a Saturday night to call in needed medication before the pharmacy closed. Patients feel well taken care of and that they are important. For one patient with Lyme disease since 1987, Dr. Odell figured everything out right away, treated for Lyme and then chronic inflammatory response syndrome. Within two years, energy was restored and 95% of symptoms disappeared. The disease requires ongoing treatment, and Dr. Odell reviews all blood work quarterly, tweaking the treatment protocol when necessary. Without her, life would be completely miserable. Andy, who runs the office, is also praised as the glue that holds it all together. Andy draws blood, responds to all emails, and calls in prescriptions immediately no matter the time. No one is more efficient than Andy, and both Dr. Odell and Andy let patients know they care.
I have had Lyme disease and or the symptoms of Lyme disease since 1987 when I was bit by a tick and had a bull’s-eye rash on my chest. The first 10 years I attempted to receive a diagnosis I was told that I was crazy by at least 25 different doctors. I finally had some good doctors along the way that did the best they could and helped me Feel a little bit better, but I never felt normal. I always had anxiety attacks, heart, palpitations, fatigue, headache, dizzy, spells, numbness and tingling among many other symptoms. Dr Odell is the best. She goes above and beyond. I needed meds at 4:45pm on a Saturday night when the pharmacy closed at 5. She was driving, pulled over, and called it in immediately. And no one is more efficient than Andy In the office. They both let you know they care and you are important.
I see Noel Latore out of this office and I'm so happy with my treatment plan. I feel better than I have in years. Noel is very medically knowledgeable and her cost is reasonable compared to other functional med drs. I would highly recommend her.
