From the online booking to my front entrance greeting 5star. A personal sit down when I arrived for quick evaluation. Derek was professional, made me feel very comfortable as I'm not big on massages. But was in alot of pain so booked. He was incredibly knowledgeable about muscles, pulls, & relief exercises. 5star will return & will request Derek
