NOT EQUIPT TO CARE FOR APPLE PRODUCTS! STAY AWAY! Apple support will allow you to visit Best Buy’s Geek squad to repair your apple devices. Unfortunately this was not the case. For starters, do not take the case off of your phone; let them struggle to take off the tough outterbox themselves. I made an appointment through apple support (still in warranty & insured) because my phone was not charging. Geek Squad Associate assumed physical damage because I came without a case and wanted to charge $100+ to repair. I wouldn't give you """2 Cents""" for Geek Squad! OR they're 3rd party unprofessionals that come to you're house and DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MOUNT A TV TO MY STAND THAT CONTINUES TO FALL!!! I WISH I CAN ATTACH PHOTOS I HAVE TO SHOW EVERYONE!! 8 VISITS TO MY HOUSE AND TV IS STILL NOT MOUNTED CORRECTLY !!!

Bought a new iPad and owned 2 previous iPads which I wanted to clean off so I could give them to family members. Was extremely helpful in telling me how to reload information. VERY HELPFUL!
