“This was a great customer experience from start to finish. The owner of the company, Anthony Tepedino, came to my parents' house to survey their bathroom and answer all of our questions. He is personable, knowledgeable and honest. The product, an elder accessible shower, was installed in one day by two very hard working men. They arrived at the house at 7:30 and and left at 6pm. They took only 15 minutes for lunch. They did the demolition work very neatly. The plumbing and shower install was perfect. These guys are meticulous and had great attention to detail. My parents and I are very happy with the product. We have all used it and it performs as advertised. Generally, I don't write reviews, but if you care about an elder relative like I do, then it's incumbent upon me to let others know that we had an amazing customer experience.“

“Saved my entire week! We had a storm come through that took out power on my entire street as well as ripping the power lines right off my house. Think power wires laying on the street among lots of tree limbs. Joe came over very late at night to put it back on my house hours before JCP&L restored power. He was professional and did an excellent job. Thank you!
No other electrician would come over in a rush, many didn't even call me back. If not for him I would not be writing this because I would be waiting days for JCP&L to reconnect my power after another electrician bothered to come over and fix my lines.“

The tile work was very good and so I had Jerome, and his tile guys do a second job in another part of the house.“

Everyone that was involved from Shawn the contractor, his assistant, electrician, plumber, flooring, insulator, granite installers, showed up when expected and did a great job. Shawn scheduled the inspections that were needed and again all were right on time. When it was done I couldn't find anything to criticize. The whole project took exactly one month-from demolition to completion. There was only one week when no one was working, and that was only because we were waiting for the counter top to come in, which takes 7-10 days. I used a contractor they recommended-EAG. They didn’t push them on me. I didn’t have a contractor so I went with him. If you are shopping for a new kitchen I would definitely check them out. I had gotten quotes from 2 other places.
