I have been going to Bayshore since 2016. That are phenomenal. They are so caring and loving and always able to make a slot for your pet if you should have an emergency They go above and beyond and I can’t say enough about Dr. O’Malley. She is just wonderful. The staff there is incredible

Our family absolutely loves everyone here. They provided the best care for our boy Bowzer and made his last years as comfortable as possible. He made it to 14 (with very very bad arthritis) and that would not have been possible without the amazing staff at Bayshore. Special shout out to Courtney at the front desk ❤️

Update 10/27/25: Changed to 4 stars as there have been significant improvements in the weeks since my original review. Calls and messages are now promptly returned and overall the customer service has greatly improved.

There should be a zero stars option…
Is there a secret code I need to use to get a call back?! Multiple calls that lead to just as many “messages to the doctor” over the past 2 weeks regarding my dog that is supposedly being treated there and I can’t even get a call back?!
