This is my favorite studio of all time!! No two instructors are the same and every teacher is so knowledgeable. My practice has deepened exponentially in the three years I've been going here. I love this place so much that I was considering moving from Hoboken to Manhattan and decided not to, in large part because I didn't want to switch studios!!

Surya Hot Flow is an incredible class that beautifully balances strength, movement, and mindful breath, offering both a deeply satisfying workout and a calming, grounding experience. The heat enhances the flow, helping the body open while the thoughtfully sequenced class keeps the mind present and engaged. As part of a bachelorette party, a group of friends and I attended Surya’s Hot26 + Hatha Power Yoga class with Gagan as our instructor and had a great time! Gagan was so welcoming, knew several people in the class by name, and was so accommodating and supportive of those who struggled. It was an incredibly welcoming and relaxing environment. Totally recommend!
