The company services wall mounted Toto toilets that no one else seems to want to service, with a receptionist who was professional and helped get an appointment right away. The plumber was punctual and explained everything, all at a very reasonable price. For rental properties in Hoboken, Sanela is always prompt in responding and flexible with scheduling. Jim always does a great job and goes out of his way to find solutions that save money. He is exactly the kind of trade partner that makes a renovation company look good, showing up when he says he will and handling every job with professionalism. Jim's communication is excellent, especially during water shutdowns and coordination with building management. He is a reliable, professional, and trustworthy plumber.
My mom had a kitchen faucet installed around a week or two ago. She isnt good with the internet but the service was SO astounding that I was compelled to leave a review. Your employee John G. was so efficient and fantastic. We had used another company prior and needed to replace the faucet within 7 months of it being installed. The pricing was, in my opinion, competitive and much better than the other companies in the area. John was very knowledgeable about the product and explained everything thoroughly to my mom - leaving no question unanswered. I have wall mounted Toto toilets that no one seems to want to service. When I called Precise Plumbing, not only was I impressed with the receptionist and her professionalism, I was able to get an appointment right away. The plumber was punctual and explained everything he was doing. All of this and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.
