Dr. Michelle Nassery and the team, including Lucy and Dr. Alex, are incredibly professional, talented, and genuinely caring. Clients had a great experience, feeling comfortable and at ease from the moment they walked in. Michelle listened to what clients wanted, ensuring results looked natural and balanced. She is gentle, kind, and explains everything clearly, including what to expect, side effects, and aftercare, without making anyone feel pressured. The procedure itself was painless and much easier than expected, with Michelle checking in to make sure clients were okay. The space is also super clean and super cute. Clients highly recommend her for lip fillers and Botox, noting the results look natural, smooth, and refreshing. The entire experience was fun, comfortable, and seamless, with one client even wishing they could give 10 stars. The location is beautiful and clean, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it is a fantastic experience, and clients are excited to go back.
People were not lying when they said Michelle has the gentlest touch! She makes you feel so comfortable & reasoning behind everything & as a first timer, that meant a lot. I was putting off Botox and filler for so long cause I was afraid, but after one appointment, I’m already excited for our next one; you can just tell she’s super confident in what she does & that’s what you want when you’re letting someone touch your face. Not to mention, her energy is magnetic!
Michelle is AMAZING! I trust her with everything. She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable with everything. GO TO HER!!!
I had such a great experience at Plump with Alyssa! It had been years since I had any lip filler done, so I was definitely a little apprehensive going in. Alyssa took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure we only did what I felt completely comfortable with. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring.
I ended up going back for a second appointment to add just a little more fullness to my lips, and once again, Alyssa was incredibly patient. She really listened to my concerns, made me feel heard, and validated how I was feeling throughout the process.
