Mollie provided the best massage I've ever had in my life. You can tell she's been doing this work for a long time. She released tension in places I did not even know I had. She was super communicative and made sure that everything was meeting my needs throughout the experience. My body and muscles felt so open right after, and even for the next few days. The new space is so beautiful and clean as well. I will definitely be back here. If you want to take good care of your body, see Mollie!!!!
Julie at Life Stage is a GEM of a massage therapist- she has HEALING HANDS! Her prenatal massages were so helpful pre-birth and being able to lay on your stomach as a pregnant person is everything. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a massage!!
My wife is in her third trimester and this place was recommended. I cannot tell you how much she enjoyed it, and I too got a great massage as well!
They have a lot of services, including teaching you how to massage your partner! Great place and great humans too!
