Stylists offer thoughtful recommendations on products and techniques, clearly explaining why each one helps. One guest appreciated extra time spent conditioning hair to boost moisture and repair, noting the stylist is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the health of hair. The salon also excels with children. A guest who had never been able to get a good haircut for a long haired little boy found a stylist who was the most amazing with the child, giving the first haircut in four years that the family loved. Another guest brought a 13-year-old for a dry cut and layers, while the stylist also highlighted the mother’s hair, listening to reference images and highlighting in a way that grows in nicely with natural color. Another guest’s first cut in over two years was an amazing experience, with a stylist described as an absolute artist who made a messy mop of hair look amazing. A separate appointment brought back curls with a great cut, with the stylist being super attentive to concerns. Finally, a last-second Sunday booking was saved by a personable stylist who was given full control and proved to be that good.

She took her time listening to my hair‑care needs and made sure every step of the service was tailored to what my hair actually needed. I had an appt for a Haircut and tone and my usual stylist is away. But I was so happy with the cut from Emily.
And as I was there I asked about kids haircuts as I’ve never been able to get a good haircut for my long haired little boy - and they said Nicky would be happy to help.
And let me tell you- Nicky was the most amazing with my boy and gave him the first haircut in 4 years that we are in love with.
As always fox and Jane was ever so professional and I feel well taken care of
Karla is wonderful! She gave my 13 yr old a dry cut and freshened her layers and bangs. She then proceeded to highlight my hair. Although we had not spoken about it prior, she took the time to look at the ref images I provided while giving me feedback. She was thorough and I loved the result. As a mother of 2, I can’t make it to the salon as often as I wish I could so Karla listened and highlighted my hair in a way that will grow in nicely with my natural hair color. Future appointments are booked!
