terrible awful horrible they are the absolute worst don't hire them or you will be sorry. not one guy knew what they were doing we are still fixing their awful work. (all the wood floors were not properly installed, the bathroom floor is coming up now and we have to replace) they tried to add so many extra costs even though we had a contract and our apartment was robbed by their employees. it was the worst experience ever!!!!!!!

David's response is an lie!!! absolute lies.... read the other bad reviews, they all seem consistent with his attitude, work and behavior once you sign the contract... He made no changes based on my deviation; it was all updated by the architect hence it was cleared... David and his team decided to do wrok without telling me or the architect which is what caused all the headache and unapproval from the town, which ultimately cost more to me!!

Avid had done a few projects for us in the past few months, and working with them has been a pleasure. Communication is consistent and clear, and they always arrive promptly and keep me updated along the way. We had our stairs redone by them, and our kitchen tile replaced/vent hood installed and we're really happy with the outcome. If one of your major priorities is communication (along with good work) Avid is a great bet.
