I got my Professional Makeup Artist Certification from the AMA Master Program back in 2020 and I can’t say enough good things about this school! I had my eye on it for a few years before I attended and it’s the best decision I could’ve made. Juliette and her team are the sweetest and most motivating people to be around when you’re pursuing your professional career in makeup. AMA taught me so much and gave me the tools I needed to start my business, not to mention all the amazing connections I’ve made through the school which I still have today. Joining AMA has been one of the most empowering decisions I've ever made. Before I started, I felt lost—uncertain about my skills, my direction, and whether I truly had a place in the beauty industry. From day one, AMA welcomed me with open arms and gave me the tools, knowledge, and support I didn’t even know I needed. I’ve grown so much, not only in my technique and creativity but in my mindset. ♥️ I’ve been a makeup artist since 2012, right after graduating cosmetology school but I never took a single makeup course until I found AMA — and that changed everything!!
In January 2022, I enrolled in AMA’s 10-day online Bridal Course taught by Juliette. At the time, I had just been let go from a brow and lash studio in Brooklyn and was working for myself while juggling multiple jobs to support my family. I was burnt out and surviving — not thriving!
