She was absolutely amazing--so gentle, thorough, and kept the atmosphere light and relaxed with her great sense of humor. Her technique was the best I've had; she made it as painless as possible, which is saying a lot. I've been going to another location for my waxes, but this was my first time at this location, and I wish I'd switched sooner. Not only is it much closer to me, but the service was top-notch. The manager was also really welcoming, which added to the positive vibe. I couldn't recommend Sam A. more if you're looking for someone who's skilled and genuinely makes the experience enjoyable!“
