We had an AC emergency 6/9/26 when it was very hot & our favorite elder was visiting. Krista did a wonderful job of remaining patient w/us and was able to coordinate a visit for our aging+ unit within hours. Quintin Wanink & Ryan Parrigan were able to quickly complete the repair & explain to us what was going on. Great service & we will be coming back when our system inevitably gives up.

Austin did a great job replacing the defective part in my heat pump, patiently explaining the entire process to me. Furthermore, Centsible demonstrated their integrity and professionalism by quickly diagnosing the problem with my heat pump and quickly repairing the unit.
