Very professional, kind understanding and caring. Wasn't looking to rip me off, arrived earlier than estimated time, I was contacted by phone day before appointment to confirm my time frame and honestyled again an hour prior to technician showing up that he was on his way. He explained to me in detail what happened regarding my lifted shingle and assured me that I had nothing to worry about because it was still secured enough and this was caused by the gutter guard and high winds. Chimney re build : The owner responded promptly to my call and came to the house to give us an estimate. The job was scheduled immediately. The crew arrive promptly and worked non stop all day with no breaks. The father oversaw the entire operation. There were two brothers who were extremely nice and worked well together. They were her for three days rebuilding the chimney.. on the second day another person came to help , very personable and he worked well with the two brothers.. when they realized on the third day that rain was on its eay a third crew came to do the flashing and and clean up.
