“We bought our house knowing that we wanted to take down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room and reclaim space in the primary bathroom for a walk-in closet. Prior to closing we even had a contractor come through to confirm our plans were doable. After conducting our research we decided to go with Trade Mark for our renovation. From the very first meeting, Paul listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the house that we envisioned. As it turns out, despite the prior assurance we had received, our initial plans were not possible for either the kitchen or the bathroom. Rather than tell us we had to compromise, Paul found a way to give us exactly what we wanted (and more) and was very patient even when the bathroom (a very challenging space) took multiple iterations to get right!Once the work started, everyone involved, from Dan to the entire crew, were wonderful to work with and made sure all the details were exactly what we wanted.
