We bought our house knowing that we wanted to take down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room and reclaim space in the primary bathroom for a walk-in closet. Prior to closing we even had a contractor come through to confirm our plans were doable. After conducting our research we decided to go with Trade Mark for our renovation. From the very first meeting, Paul listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the house that we envisioned. I hired Trade Mark Design and Build for a large scale project in my home. Paul and his team are punctual, organized, very communicative and respond to questions and concerns in real time. Dan and Lou, project foremen, are gems! They are skilled craftsmen who work diligently to complete the job. Paul offered details and options that helped us make the most informed decisions and choices for our project. Paul's team kept to a schedule and completed the work on time. They kept a very clean job site and were respectful of our property.
