As soon as Iva touched my face, I just knew she was the one.She double cleansed my face in one incredible swooping motion, and also massaged the heck out of it. I got the herbal facial, and passed out during the guasha and scalp massage. She is so sweet and personable, plus the spa was very clean and inviting. I booked my second appointment and plan to go once a month for maintenance. It's been about six years since I've started seeing Phetmany and I've tried Laser Excel V, Vivace microneedling, chemical peels and TruSculpt. I've always been bothered by my sun/age spots and after consistent visits, I feel like my skin tone is more bright and even. “I had the Signature Facial from Tammi, who had a gentle touch, listened thoroughly, and offered really useful suggestions based on her many years of experience working as an esthetician, including several alongside dermatologists. I was nervous about getting a facial with microdermabrasion since I'd never had it before and because I have sensitive, acne-prone skin (along with some active acne). She walked me through everything and helped me feel very comfortable. We discussed several future treatment options, and she did not make me feel rushed or pressured. Everyone at the front desk was very nice, too. I'm a week out from my treatment with no new acne, and my skin feels smoother than ever, including areas that I hadn't even realized could benefit from more manual exfoliation. I got aquaphor (recommended by Kristen) but I don't think I even need it (still will since it was advised to do so). I do tend to heal fast. However all the props go to Kristen and the amazing work, talent, and expertise she’d shown.But seriously, I'm super happy about this!! Most of my friends don't live in the states or NJ anymore and shave like I did. If they are ever in the area and they ask I'll definitely refer them to you!
