I finally decided to try laser hair removal after putting it off for years.

The location is clean, bright, and professional. What helped most was how experienced the staff felt. They explained everything clearly, checked in throughout the session, and made sure I was comfortable.

I was nervous before my first appointment, but it ended up being much easier than I expected. There’s some heat and a slight snapping sensation, but nothing unbearable. They even provide a stress ball, which was a nice touch.
