3635 Quaker Brg Rd Suite 38, Hamilton“Just FYI I write honest reviews. I had a problem with my knee when I twisted it . I went to a ortho and they said the xray showed no damage and just gave me an Rx for pain and inflammation. Well that did not help. Trinity was able to "get me on my feet" with expert care. They are punctual and complete. After a few weeks I can move with no pain. I am 68 and things do not heal they way they used to. I give them 5 stars and any further issues I will absolutely go back there again.“

“In May 2025, I suffered a bad right ankle injury—a mild lateral malleolus sprain in my right heel and ankle area—during a U16 ECNL/RL travel soccer match, which was the fourth time I injured the same area – this experience was really tough to have it happen again after already going through this injury and rehab a few times before. The initial diagnosis, after many reviews, visits to doctors and exams was a light sprain and reinjury, but after a few days I was still struggling to walk without pain, and it became clear that I needed more than just rest. Because of this continued pain, my family reached out to Dr. Rich at Next Level, and I began working with him for ongoing physical therapy. From the start, Dr. Rich took the time to really listen to my history, understand how I balance sports and life, and evaluate my ankle thoroughly – my family and I were highly impressed with this approach and the time he spent before ever beginning treatment. He put together a clear, personalized plan focused on getting me out of pain and safely back on the field. Over the summer, we not only treated the injury itself, but also worked on rehabilitation and strengthening of my ankle and lower leg, as well as overall conditioning for my entire body. Dr. Rich’s knowledge, encouragement, and sports-focused approach made a huge difference, and I now feel much more stable, confident, and prepared to return to competitive soccer. Scheduling has been easy, the front desk staff is friendly and organized, and the clinic is always clean and well run. Thanks to their care, I am feeling stronger, more confident, and was able to get back that season to the activities I love. My family and I are very grateful and highly recommend Next Level to any family looking for excellent physical therapy for their child or teens, and we have already referred to a few teammates and local friends who have had injuries similar to mine.
